Job Description
The Recruitment Officer is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and shortlisting candidates to onboarding new hires. The role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, obtaining necessary approvals, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates, and forward profiles to the Head of HR and Hiring Managers for review and approval.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews for shortlisted candidates, ensuring smooth communication with the interview panel and providing guidance to candidates.
- Obtain necessary approvals from IM stakeholders (including the CEO) and prepare offer letters for selected candidates.
- Maintain and regularly update the recruitment dashboard; provide recruitment progress and weekly mobilization reports to the Head of HR and HR Manager.
- Manage candidate pipelines using proactive sourcing methods (LinkedIn, job portals, networking, referrals, and headhunting).
Job Requirement
- Experience: 5–7 years of hands-on recruitment experience
- Prior experience in the construction sector is mandatory.
- Proven ability to conduct talent mapping across multiple industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English required, Arabic preferred but not mandatory.
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including data analytics and reporting.
