Job Description
                                Axis 8 is a fast-growing consulting firm specializing in AI-powered HR solutions, recruitment services, and business advisory for SMEs and scaling companies across the UAE and wider GCC. We’re looking for a motivated and commercially driven Recruitment Consultant to join our agency team and help us grow both our talent network and our client portfolio.
Role Overview:
This is a blended role where you will be responsible for outbound client acquisition, select recruitment support, and ongoing relationship management. You’ll work closely with business leaders and HR decision-makers to position Axis 8 as a trusted recruitment partner while ensuring service consistency across the recruitment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Outreach & Business Development (50%)

Key Responsibilities:
Client Outreach & Business Development (50%)
- Proactively reach out to potential clients via LinkedIn, cold calling, and email to introduce Axis 8’s recruitment solutions
 - Book discovery calls with HR managers, founders, and department heads across sectors
 - Maintain an active pipeline of outreach and prospect engagement
 - Craft tailored outreach messages and proposals to attract interest and secure meetings
 - Collaborate with management on proposal development and pricing
 - Represent Axis 8 at online and in-person industry events to build brand visibility
 
Recruitment Support & Candidate Coordination (25%)
                            - Participate in client briefings when required to understand role specifications and hiring needs
 - Conduct screening calls with pre-sourced candidates and assess fit based on role criteria
 - Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and follow-ups with candidates and clients
 - Ensure accurate and timely documentation of candidate profiles, notes, and updates
 - Maintain service-level standards (SLA) and reporting for assigned accounts
 
- Act as a key point of contact for existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and continuity across open and future roles
 - Share market insights, candidate feedback, and talent availability with clients regularly.
 - Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for service expansion or upselling.
 - Ensure smooth handovers, follow-ups, and consistent communication throughout the recruitment process.
 - Build long-term trusted relationships that drive repeat business and referrals
 
Job Requirement
                                Candidate Requirements:

                        - Minimum 0–2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an agency setting
 - Demonstrated experience in client-facing or sales-focused roles
 - Excellent communication skills and confidence in professional outreach (written and spoken)
 - Fluent in English.
 - Strong knowledge of LinkedIn.
 - Self-driven, organized, and goal-oriented with strong follow-up discipline
 - Currently based in the UAE and available for hybrid/office work in Dubai
